Contact Sal at Total Maintenance Inc. (561) 451 3532. He's a great guy. He's my landscaper, and I'm very satisfied with his work.

Sorry to disagree with you, bocarat. I find Sal's prices to be quite reasonable. He has been very honest with me and totally reliable. I don't know what you mean by "does not garantee his work" (by the way, it's spelled, "guarantee"). If you mean that he does not guarantee that a shrub will not die, please let me know the name of a landscaper who will make that kind of guarantee.

first of all spelling doesnt count we are provided discussion and information here
earth and turf guarantees thier plants for 1 year as do most reputable companies
total maintenance killed my lawn by putting weed killer on it instead of fertilizer and he would not fix that problem and that is just one of many, that i and my neighbors had with that company and sal and if you caonsider un returned phone calls and doing requests months after being asked reliable then i am wrong

Hey Gang,
Appreciate the feedback from guests and members. Actually i had used Sol from Total maintenance when i first moved here and i was not satisfied with them. I stopped using them after a few months as i found them to be unreliable, and their work to be pretty shoddy...
I now use Areyos lawn service and i am extremely happy with the service provided. Unfortunately they are not equipped to remove, and grind down a 30ft royal palm.
If anyone can reccomend a good, honest company i would really appreciate it.

I think Sal's work is mediocre at best and his prices high. He quoted me a ridiculous price for replacing a small area of sod. I was able to have it done at half the price. Unfortunately the company that did it for me does not do routine monthly lawn service.

how is it that sals total maintenance leaves all his debris on the lawns when hes done instead of carting it away last year during the hurricanes he moved it into the streets and it caused flooding,, shouldn't all landscapers be required to remove thire debris ??

I don't know who you Sal bashers are, but what you are saying about his leaving debris on lawns and not carting it away is totally not true. I am completely satisfied with his service. He never leaves any debris on my property, nor in the street.

I have used Sal for many years on and off. Yes he is expensive and yes he may have attitude but I have tried others three times and I keep going back to him. Why? Because he is the only one that does the lawn care and maintenance without having to ask. My landscaping always looks beautiful. You get what you pay for! We should be able to do something about all the residents that do not keep up on their landscaping.
